About Us
Wedeven Bros. has been in business since 1976.
In 1976, brothers Stu and Paul Wedeven started Wedeven Bros. Construction Co. in Hamilton, Michigan. They saw there was a need in the agricultural community of West Michigan for building animal housing and farm equipment storage. It didn’t take long for word to spread and for the business to expand.
Fast forward to the present, agricultural building continues to be our cornerstone business, but it doesn’t stop there. Today you can find us in the residential and commercial markets as well. We find ourselves in a variety of projects such as building pole barns, stick frame homes, barndominiums, additions, installing metal roofs, putting up pre-engineered steel buildings, and also constructing commercial buildings and offices for a variety of industries.
We are now in our second generation (and starting the third!) in the family business with Dan Wedeven as President, Jon Wedeven as Jobsite Foreman, Nicole Blauwkamp as Office Manager, and Merril Wedeven as our Social Media Specialist.
When we take on a project, we believe our family name and reputation are on the line, so we always take that seriously.
